Only 5 more days to go before I start on building the new me.
Monday the 6th of March is when I will start a 12 week fitness and diet challenge.
At the moment I feel quiet enthusiastic. I have a fair idea of what to expect as far as being very physically sore. I have decided to employ the help of a online fitness trainer who will instruct me on what to do and what to eat. After trying to loose weight for the last few months and not much happening I think that this is the way to go.
